He is not …
He is not encouraging no exercise, KokonutIdiot1. Listen carefully. He encourages exersize in addition to rest. It’s just a teaser to make you think… what grows muscles? rest. What is needed before rest? exersize.

kokonutbaby1, you …
kokonutbaby1, you are racist. You know what happened to me during my child years? I was eating lots of meat, eggs, whey, and fish, and doing weight lifting. I didn’t gain weight and people told me I was white, very white.. Then I stopped eating meat and people told me I was white. Wow! No change. You are racist to white people.

This man is a …
This man is a nationalistic nutjob. Period.

I’m a vegan, have been for 7 years, and I’m a certified nutritionist in Saint Louis.

Most of what he argues is valid but he does not tell you that at the age of 56 he’ll be in a wheelchair because of various deficiencies. Nor does he tell you why.

He gives Americans a bad name.

Nutjob.

In any case, followers of his will find out for themselves. Painfully.

Eating enzymes, …
Eating enzymes, well most of it anyway, does not really do you the ‘good’ this guy keeps mentioning.

Most plant enzymes get broken down into peptides, just like any other protein, when we eat it.

Also, enzymes don’t do all the work. They need a substrate, something to mold or cleave to produce a product (be it glucose or any other thing). So even if enzymes did not denature, they still need something to work on. That’s where, ’stressful’ foods come in.

well he’s wrong …
well he’s wrong encouraging no exercise..for example..u sit around/lay around too much u get weak, ur muscles get stiff & ur tendons draw up causing foot drop & inability to walk..u also get short of breath cuz ur heart which is a muscle also needs exercising (which is shortening a muscle/then relaxing it) ..the heart muscles get relaxed which weakens it, u get a high pulse rate..& get congestive heart failure, poor circulation, etc. u exercise, ur heart rate lowers to normal healthy rate.

I agree w/you..im gonna stay an omnivore too..life is for enjoyment and purpose..I will add more raw to my diet but I dont wish to get too skinny & emaciated w/my eyes sunk back in my head like these folks..also notice their skin color..its not a healthy pink but looks ashen, colorless..they have no body fat true, its just skin over bone..we need some body fat, as it is storage for when its needed during illness & cold elements.

storyetime, in the summer time I get the heck out of the heat & under some a/c asap..I live where its hot/humid & I just wait for it to pass..I dont think eating raw food has anything to do w/how people feel in summer…most people go swimming to keep cool, are more active cuz its not raining or cold or bad weather where u have to stay in so much bored stiff…people can & do eat salads & fruit in cold weather as well..

I think the harder it was for our ancestors to get (it’s easier to get fruits and veggies, than it is to hunt for meat.)nthe less wee need it. The easier a food is to get, the more our body needs. If you actually think about it.

Can you instead of telling us ‘it heals’ or ‘it stresses’, quote examples and say how it does that? A concept is pointless if there is no evidence, I believe we are omnivores for a reason.

any nutritious …
any nutritious addition to the diet of our ancestors would’ve been a catalyst for increased cognitive ability, after leaving the safety of the trees, and being force to hunt/gather on land for a whole new set of foods that included both meat and plant matter. Our ancestors craved meat, and not because it was going to kill them! On the contrary…
